Whoa – big topic to tackle today! But relax, this isn’t a discussion about how to open the car door for ‘ye lady or how make your man feel like watching football on Saturday & Sunday is perfectly fine. This goes deeper than that.
We’re having a discussion that covers ALL relationships. Yes, this includes those mushy romances, but it’s really about all levels of interpersonal relationships that we deal with every single day.
This week’s episode is so important. Our confidence plays a huge role in our tendency to create a fulfilled and successful life. On the flip side, a lack of confidence can create some seriously unnecessary complications if not addressed.
Look, you and I can accomplishing pretty much anything, but we need to truly believe it in order to make the critical shift from potential to reality.
No worries though, we’re g-checkin’ our perspective on confidence right now. By the end of this episode, you and I will be singing “I can see clearly now the rain is gone…”
Let’s just agree not to judge each other’s vocals too harshly. 🙂
Welcome back Best-Lifers! Thanks so much for continuing to listen and spread the word about The BLOYL Podcast. I seriously have the best listeners on the planet and am eternally grateful to all of you for your support.
We have the pleasure of sharing some great conversation with a truly special and talented person, Dr. Nina. She empathetically helps us learn how to relate to ourselves in a new and empowering way so we can become free from the inner conflicts (that we’re usually unaware of) that lead to the seemingly endless struggle with our diet. If you eat food, ever, then you need to meet Dr. Nina!
At the risk of sounding cliche’, I’m gonna preface this episode by stating what I believe to be a fact — we are all winners. Period.
If we have the ability to read or hear this information, then we absolutely have the capacity to accomplish and “win” at anything.
The extent to which we develop our individual awesomeness is simply dependent on our decisions. You’re here and listening to this show — so I’m willing to bet your decision making skills are pretty amazing. 🙂
For the purpose of this episode however, when I use the term “Winners”, I’m simply referring to those people we often look to and admire for their consistent, high levels of success.
There is so much power in hope, especially when there seems to be no easy answers. Hope may not be what builds our great life, but just a glimmer of hope can be enough to get us to ask better questions, find better answers and start moving in the right direction.
As author Barry Mangione tells us today, no matter how “hopeless” things may seem, we are never without hope. It’s always there, we just need the perspective to see it.
